1. Agreement to Terms

• Ongoing support and maintenance

3. Service Plans and Pricing

We offer various service plans with different features and pricing. All plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect your current plan during your commitment period.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due monthly as specified in your chosen plan
• All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP)
• Payment must be made in advance for each billing cycle
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Service Delivery

We aim to deliver your website within 30 days of project initiation, subject to:

• Timely provision of required materials and information by the client
• Client feedback and approval processes
• Complexity of the project
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Provide necessary materials (logos, images, content) in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within reasonable timeframes
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Client Content

You retain ownership of all content, materials, and intellectual property you provide to us. By providing such content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing our services.

7.2 Our Work

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the custom website design and development work created specifically for you. We retain the right to use general design elements, code libraries, and methodologies in other projects.

8. Cancellation and Termination

8.1 By Client

You may cancel your service after the initial 3-month commitment period with 30 days written notice. Cancellation during the commitment period may result in early termination fees.

8.2 By A2K Solutions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

• You breach these Terms
• You fail to make payments
• You use our services for illegal purposes
• You engage in abusive or harmful behavior

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2K Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• Your website will achieve specific results or rankings

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A2K Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

12. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability
